I read this book a long time ago. This is a must-read for anyone who enjoys a fresh take on economics. It skips the technical implications that often bore the laymen and focuses on principles and explore relationships almost qualitatively. The quantitative is there, but this isn’t a technical book. It is a rather informative and at times surprising (to some) look at relationships between seemingly unrelated events. It does a good job debunking certain myths but above all, it is an excellent reminder that correlation and causation are not interchangeable and are quite often misused as evidence. Oh, and it’s entertaining. You’ll learn and you’ll have fun!
